Members of Archer's two a cappella groups, Something Major and The Unaccompanied Minors, attended the Los Angeles A Cappella Festival which was held at Calabasas High School from Friday, February 3 to Sunday, February 5. Singers enjoyed a scholastic competition on Friday night, workshops, masterclasses, and performances throughout the day on Saturday, and a professional showcase Saturday night. Sunday's "industry track" was dedicated to learning from professionals who work in a cappella arranging, recording, and production for a living. It was a rewarding and life-changing weekend for the students who left feeling energized about making music at Archer and in the future.
