Candy Ramirez '05

Candy has been an integral member of the Archer Alumni Board for years, attending every meeting prepared with innovative ideas and meaningful discussions. In addition, Candy always finds the time to come to campus to connect with the community. This year, she attended the Diana Awards, Founder’s Day, Back-to-School Day, and Graduation and volunteered at the Academic Center Grand Opening. She has also done an “Instagram Takeover” for the alumni account, writes alumni birthday cards with handwritten messages of love and joy, regularly communicates with her class, supports the Archer Fund, and so much more.

Beyond Archer, Candy just celebrated her first year of practicing as a birth and postpartum doula in Los Angeles. Through her company, Bearing Heart, she supports families by taking the fear out of birth and helping moms and dads in their transition into parenthood.
