What new passion or interest did you discover while at Archer? A passion that I discovered at Archer is tennis. In 6th grade, I decided that I wanted to find a new sport, as I had recently stopped playing soccer. Tennis was becoming relatively popular at the time so I decided to try out for the Archer tennis team. I found my love for tennis then and have not stopped playing since. I play several times throughout the week at different clinics and I am currently a part of the Archer Varsity Tennis Team.
What advice would you share with a prospective student? Advice that I would share with a prospective student is to take advantage of all the opportunities that Archer has to offer. We have so many extracurriculars and activities for students to participate in. Some examples are the sports teams, service clubs, and the dance programs.
Which Archer tradition or activity do you look forward to each school year? My favorite Archer tradition is Winter Wonderland. It takes place in December and all of the students wear holiday sweaters or other winter themed attire. In the courtyard during lunch, there is a hot chocolate station. Everyone brings their own mugs and we get to drink delicious hot chocolate with our lunch.
